Can anyone help me with quick question please?
I have a friend who has a council tenancy and is in receipt of HTB and wants to know if they can have their partner move in with them and if they do, how this will affect the HTB.
They want to be above board with it but need to know if and how it will affect the benefit at all as they are only engaged, not married and have little money as it is.
any advice or guidance/links to advice greatly appreciated.
