Trying still to get to the bottom of all this.....
1) If I go to tribunal but have completed another form because of a worsening in condition, will the tribunal decision end at the date the new form starts? I have worked out from earlier that I think this is so.
2) My ESA (C) has ended now, and I asked to appeal, although I perhaps shouldn't have as it is my condition now and not previously I wanted them to look at when I wrote my letter. That does not mean I was going through a bad time with my health - I was - which is why no appeal was made originally. I couldn't be bothered with it all. Is there any point in going to tribunal in this instance? Or shall I wait until ATOS knock back my new claim?
