Housing Benefit help please...

Hi, please bear with me if this is a bit long winded.

I recently moved house and when changing my address for housing benefit I was told my claim had been cancelled as Tax Credits told them I had moved before I did. I was waiting to have my 3 fortnightly wageslips available to show as I'd also had a change in my income in this time. Long story short.... My claim was cancelled and I had to make a new claim.
That has been fine thus far, I've had one payment and notice of future payments etc but received a letter today asking for an explanation of payments into my bank account (because it was a new claim I had to show 2 months bank statements)

I have 2 payments paid in of £500, both from Wonga loans which I took out for my fiances mum. She needed money to pay her bills when moving from weekly wage to monthly in her new job. As she is a discharged bankrupt, and I have good credit, I agreed to do it. The loans have always only been for a month and have always been repaid in full etc. I think the problem is the statements show £500 deposited and then money being transferred between accounts, does anyone know their stance on this?

I have another few transfers to my mum for between £5 & £10 which is just when she's borrowed money off me for electric and gas occasionally if she thinks her credit will run out. I only transfer it through the bank as she lives quite far away so I can't always get down to visit her. I use my internet banking almost every day so most things are done on there.

The only other thing they have asked about is money transferred to my mum and fiance for a period of around 3 weeks. I lost my bank card and while I was waiting for a new one I transferred cash to their banks so that I could draw it out as and when I needed it. I made one withdrawal from the branch but the closest one is in the city centre so I thought it would be better for me to do it that way. Wasn't ideal but I had no other way of getting access to cash for kids dinner money and bus fares to work etc.

Main worry is that I am going to get in trouble with the housing benefit people for these transactions. The letter is asking for clarification of these and asking if i have any other bank accounts etc which I don't. I have already given them everything they asked for with the original claim.

Will it be a problem getting Wonga loans or are they just querying it as it looks like I have more money than I have declared?
Also is it a problem if I transfer money to other people? I regularly do it, if my sister lends me money to tide me and the kids over she puts it straight in my bank and if I lend my brother or mum money until they get paid I put it in their account. I've always done this, even with friends as I think it's better than having cash on me all the time but now it seems to have gotten me into a bit of bother and I'm slightly worried.

Sorry for rambling on, just wondered if anyone could shed any light on this. Thanks in advance.
