I have a dispute with the TCO re: 2011-12 income calculation. After several exchanges of correspondence the TCO said "if you are not happy with my response you can ask the adjudicator to look into your complaint".
As I still disagreed with the assessment I contacted the adjudicator on 28 Sep 2012 along with copies of correspondence. On 24 Oct 2012 the Adjudicator's office confirmed "we will conduct a review of your complaint" but advised "it may be several months before we are able to begin our investigations." I have heard no more from the adjudicator, despite sending a reminder on 10 April 2013.
As I have no experience in such matters and it is now more than 6 months since the adjudicator agreed to investigate I am wondering if this delay is usual, how long I might expect it to take, and what to do next if the adjudicator doesn't respond?
