Following on from previous thread i posted earlier this week regarding a cousins entitlement to HB.
He has asks me to help him with the application. I have a question, i know he has savings but they are saving for his kids (2 of them).
if he has savings under 6k does he have to declare this in the application for HB, its list on his council website that he has to declare anything over 6k but nothing under
also in a family where there are 2 kids under the age of 10 and they have junior savings account under 5K each, would you also have to declare this in the same application aswell?
