Childcare Vouchers and Tax Credits?

Hi

I was wondering whether it is possible to have childcare vouchers through your employer and still receive childcare tax credits? Or are you only able to have one or the other?

My employer can offer up to £243 a month as salary sacrifice... So, not sure if this will mean that I don't get any help from tax credits?
