hello!
if anyone could help me it would be very much appreciated!:
some background info:
i attended the WCA some time ago, awarded 0 points, lodged an appeal right away.
with my GL24 appeal form, i sent off letters explaining that i had definitely not stated some of the things written down by the medical examiner and some of the information was highly inaccurate.
i have just received the "file" from the DWP decision maker, this outlines that the decision maker has completely disregarded the information i supplied about the inaccuracies and taken the WCA's inaccuracies and false information to be true instead, some of it is fabricated regarding my day-to-day routine etc; the decision is in-part based on fabrication ?!
(...i still have 0 points).
also, they very much seem to be basing prognosis on the basis that a typical "patient" will always respond a certain way to medication, totally dismissing levels of severity and my individual case.

if anyone could help with the following questions, it would be very much appreciated:
can i still send off further information leading up to the tribunal (i have not yet received a date) ?
should i again try to outline the inaccuracies despite already doing so?, or will this just add "filler" to my case ?
will i continue to receive ESA up to the tribunal if i provide sick notes?, regardless of the decision maker's decision?
also, the decision maker has reccommended that i should be able to "return to work within 3 months" (this seems the only admission i have had thus far that they accept i have not been able to work ...or not?), does this mean that they accept i have not been capable of work for the duration and i will receive some backdated ESA, or is it just a number picked from the sky and they are saying :
"you have been capable of work all up to this time and were lying, but now you are not capable of work for a very small duration despite nothing whatsoever changing (perhaps 3 months?) and then you are immediately then capable of work again" - the "decision maker" ??
any help would be very much appreciated, thanks!
