I received a letter today from the JCP stating the following
' a customer compliance officer xxxxxxxxxxx will be calling on xxxxxxxxxxxxxx between the time of xx:xx am and xx:xx pm. Please note we will not be able to state a specific time. We need to see you in order to discuss the benefits we are currently paying you. We need to ensure your payments are correct and it is essential that you are available so we can discuss the matter. '
it then goes on to say if I wish to report any changes then to contact them straight away, and that I must have some form of ID.
I was wondering if this is anything to worry about or if it is just a routine check.
Some background information. I have just had a baby 4 weeks ago and have a 4 year old son, I claim income support.
