has anyone any idea what we can do in nov 2011 my husband was made redundant we started a jsa claim and they lost the paperwork!! we managed to get it sorted 4 months down the line.
my husband got a temp job and had to do a rapid reclaim they lost papers again!! second time on second seperate claim,
we did get it sorted 4 weeks
now 7 weeks ago he signed on with rapid reclaim, we got told payment should be made in a week, when he signs on!
its now 7 weeks since rapid reclaim and he been signed off for 4 weeks we still havent had his p45 off them or any payments!!!!
i rang and they said they lost claim forms again (this is now third time on third claim )with all our details ie national ins numbers etc we have had to put a new claim form in
and we still waiting!!!
does anyone have any advice please im getting really annoyed im disabled and dont need the stress this is the third time they lost paperwork with no explanation of what happened we got £50 compensation the first time nothing second surely its a serious matter loosing claim forms
