I got a job and started yesterday and I've been asked to do overtime which is in my interest as it has been extremely hard to land a decent joband it could help me with my probationary period.
My question is I believe Working tax credits is paid from the prior tax year so if I'm correct overtime wont affect my entitlement this year but will affect my tax credits next tax year 2014/2015.
I need to do the overtime regardless but it a thing I'm a bit hazy on. My income was nil for the prior tax year 2012/2013 so I would be correct in thinking I will get full award still regardless of overtime?
