Getting worse

Hi

where do I start... have degenerative changers in two of my spinal disc, minor ones in L3/4 but more accelerated in L5/S1, plus both had bulges in them according to the last MRI scan..

My employers cut me free after 18 years, not wanting to support my future treatment, went on to ESA in November 12, completed the ESA50 form in December 12, My walking has been getting worse as each month goes by..

Sent for an ATSO medical and due the DWP descriptors I scored zero.. even though the ATOS medical mentioned that I could consider going back to work in afew months as the person who wrote the medical was aware that I am still having on going treatment...but DWP are having none of it so, we have appealed it, both GP & Consultant have told me no way am I fit and what the advice the ATSO and the DWO have suggested is comical to say the least.

Reviewed the ESA50 paperwork I completed and Ive misinterpreted the section on walking as I believed the question was asking do I have difficulty walking with an adi..ie stick, crutches or wheelchair, which I don't so I moved on to the next question.... talk about misleading question or what... now in a quandary what weather to write to the DWP and say " Hay your forms misleading and these are the facts about my walking ability or say nothing and fight it out at my appeal.

Had spinal injections early March and it has made things worse, pain is far worse than before... I was told bad for two weeks but this is not showing signs of getting better, it didn't work back in 2011 when I had them done before ...
Have got physiotherapy in the coming weeks along with having to see a clinical psychologist.. something to do with " we are gonna help you deal with the pain " dam Ive been dealing with the pain for the past 13 months.....

To cap it all off I think there is another medical issue which besides this disc degeneration which is causing all this pain all the time, whilst I need to see the consultant but after some search the underlying issue is either Osteoarthritis or spinal stenosis

So if the condition / problem is getting worse, do I advise the DWP or Not considering that I have an appeal in the pipe line ?
