Hi,
I was/am getting ESA, they said I wasn't eligble in September and appealed it as I suffer with depression. Today I received a letter saying appeal failed but its being sent to the Tribunal Service.
I rang them and they said I have to claim JSA and I cannot get ESA anymore.
I know their advice isn't always accurate so is that correct? What happens with the Tribunal service, is it still not under appeal or do I need to claim JSA now?
Thank you
