credits

hi again
I was advised yesterday that I would receive nat ins credits (am on sda) towards my state pension. if I were to take my ex back in would it affect my state pension. ie would I lose these credits. also would they be able to claim carers allowance if I am on sda or esa if transferred ok. I am on dla hrc .any info would be gratefully recieved
