Hello everyone I'm not sure if i am posting in the right place so i apologize if its not. I've known for some time i would be moving, but i wasn't definite on the date. All of a sudden i had to go yesterday. My signing on day is tomorrow, and i need to do a live transfer with the job centre. I've been on hold for about an hour, and i can't get into town because i only have enough bus fare to go in tomorrow for my signing. Can i do this over the phone? I'm a little worried because its on such short notice, and i am relying on my jobseekers coming through. If anybody has some help, advice or has been in a simular position to me i'd really appreciate it. Thanks :)
