This legislation reteroactively changes the rules, and means that though the back to work schemes were not actually legal at the time, and sanctions made were similarly not legal, they nontheless stand.
And that new sanctions on people waiting for a decision due to a failure prior to the courtcase on the 12th Feb that found it illegal are valid.
It is not however clear to me that all such sanctions are valid, as the decision notices given to claimants may not have the information required by this legislation.
Clearly some will be.
