IB to ESA

I received letter today to say. A going on ESA support group contribution based on 28th March, I went for medical in August . Letter states rate from 28th '
March to 10th April. Does this mean my claim will stop then or is it just the new financial year ? I have tried to ring ESA and cannot get hrough.
