I have just started working 24 hours a week, as my husband has lost his job. I call tax credits and I am unable to get anything until after April due to husbands earnings this year.
They have sent me a claim pack, but it is dated 2012/2013, if I give the details of what he earned in the previous years, i'm still not going to be entitled to anything. What do I need to do? I'm really confused :eek:
