Hi,
Please could somebody help me with this problem. I'll try to present the facts as precisely as possible.
Please could somebody help me with this problem. I'll try to present the facts as precisely as possible.
- I have recently split up with my wife and I am currently living 100 miles away.
- I was claiming JSA, but my GP has recently given me a sick note and today (27/2/13) I filed a claim for ESA.
- I am suffering with mental health problems and my new GP wants me to keep an appointment with a consultant 100 miles away next week (the consultant is willing to still see me).
- But I cannot afford the travel costs, is there anyway I can claim to get the travel costs back? It will involve a 200 mile round trip and the consultant's appointment is in a town that does not have a railway station.
