Appeal Won But...

So I won my ESA appeal in January after 18 months of waiting, they paid me what they owed me last week, I was meant to get a payment from them today and haven't, so I called them and the person on the phone said it's "clerical" and that he couldn't look at claim and that someone will call me back.

Does anyone know what he means? I sent in a sicknote which I was told would run out today, I've had no letters or anything else asking for a sicknote, just them telling me they had paid what they owed into my account.

Does anyone have any ideas? I'm really fed up of being messed around by the DWP and Tribunal Services, the reason it took my appeal 18 months to be heard was partly because they had lost my file and it had to all be asked for from the DWP again... I just want a quiet life and for things to run smoothly but I always seem to get the crap, I suffer with mental problems as it is and this kind of thing just adds to it.
