Can I rapid reclaim after self employment ?

Hi

I decided to sign off Jobseeker's Allowance to be self employed (three weeks ago) but after being misinformed about benefits and giving it ago I have found out that I'm not making enough money.

Does anyone know if I can rapid reclaim and get back on job seekers allowance? Will I need to pay back the £250 job grant I was given? I haven't spent any of it just in case I can't keep it.
