income support advice

My wife got a A2 form to fill out about a week ago and had to be back there by 18th Feb.

we sent it and they got it back on the 18th but today we got a letter from Chelmsford lntegrity centre saying that they can not pay us from feb 12th as failed to reply to requests for information.

we sent it recorded and its saying on royal mails website that they got it on the 18th.

so i called them and told them this and gave them the tracking number and as we get paid next tuesday i asked if we will still get it on that date but he said he could not say if we will or not as the money wont have been sent yet.

he said there was a note from yesterday that he could see saying they got it.

so what do we do now?

they must be able to tell if payment have restarted again?

this letter was sent on the day that they wanted the form back.
