Are there similar rules to DLA....must have the condition for 3 months before you apply? Must be expected to have the condition for 6 months or more?
Someone has had a stroke, and they now can't walk, one leg & foot is all seized up, they can limp for short distance but get very painful, can't even get into a car passenger seat anymore.
Any advice?
