Holiday??????

On Sunday my partner, children and I went to his parents for lunch and his mother who picked us up as neither of us drive said that she wants to send us for a holiday she said that she will pay for it all we would just have to save some spending money. I am on Income-based JSA and I wanted to know if I am allowed to take this holiday it will still be in the UK and it will not be far from where we live as she will have to drive us there to drop us off and drive there to pick us up. I was thinking that it would be fine considering that we are not paying for it so they can't exactly say we don't give you money to pay for you to go on holiday. I will still continue my jobsearch whilst on holiday as it would be silly to not do so. Also I think one of the reasons she has offered this is because I am on a waiting list to have a major operation which involves my bowel being removed because of an inherited condition I have which the Jobcentre already know about but I still have to seek work as at the moment it doe's not effect my ability to work but once I have the operation which is unknown at the moment I will be unable to work for a while afterwards because of the recovery period etc and my partner will not be able to seek work in my place as he will have to care for me and our children whilst I am recovering. I do not know when this holiday will be I just know that his mother wants to treat us and it will probably be the only time we will ever get to go on holiday due to my condition etc. Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated.
