cant seem to find the right circumstances for my dad with this bedroom tax thing,
he is a pensioner, 82 living in a council house (same for 52 years)
BUT he is NOT on benefits, housing or other wise( saved all his like bah bah not going there)
but everywhere says pensioners will not be effected ? is that ONLY for pensioners on benefits, housing etc ?
any body not on benefits even pensoners still have to pay extra?
or any suggestions where best to find out ?
