Hi there I want to ask this question for my mum. She has recievid a letter from her local council that because she has a 3 bedroom house and only her and my younger brother live in the property. And because there are only 2 people in the house she will have to pay 14% for 3rd bedroom.
OK this is the problem she lives in a house and the property has only 2 bedrooms upstairs down stairs is the living and dinner room which they are classing as 3rd bedroom now it is a house not bungalow so how can they class a room downstairs as bedroom.
Any advice welcome
Thank You
