Just a quick question for a lady at work.
She has been looking at helping her father apply for pension credits, but it appears he applied for them 3 years ago, and due to his savings got £1.30 a week.
We think he has the beginnings of dementia, and has never been back in touch with them, but now due to paying his rent, CT etc he has a lot less money.
She has checked on the turn2u website, and it would appear he would be entitled to more help now.
What she needs to know is how many bank statements do they need to proof where his money has gone.
She can only find last months, so will need to order them from the bank, and wants everything ready for when she applies for it for him.
