Ok so here is a background on my situation, I was hoping someone here could help or advise me.
I have been on Work Program for the past 41 weeks attending every appointment unless I have a good reason (conflicting doctor's appointment or illness)
I have had 2 advisors the first having left the company, my current advisor has been seeing me for at least 4 months now with no complaints. Recently my agreement with them was altered to give me a mandated action saying and I quote "I will copy my advisor into 5 job applications using the BCC section of my email" I agreed to this under the impression that it was so my advisor could help with covering letters/emails, which I thought was fair enough.
Yesterday I attended my work program appointment on time with my job log, which I had written 8 jobs on (I forgot to note down the two phone calls, but I thought it should be ok if I mention them to my advisor) but because I had only sent my advisor 2 emails, she immediately wants to query my benefits, I explained to her (after being under the impression she wanted to help em) that I tend to apply through job search websites and they rarely offer an email address to apply to, so I was unable to send her an email with my application in, and that the 2 emails I had sent were applied to through the only website I use that I can recieve a copy of an application to forward to her.
Apparently this is no reason and she will still query my benefits because she worded the mandated action badly. This has been shown because my newest agreement has been changed to include sending her applications or application confirmations (confirmations obviously offering nothing to me in the way of help with job applications)
So by now I expect she has sent through a query on my benefits, and I will explain myself, I was wondering if anyone has had experience with this process and what are the chances of me being able to convince them not to sanction me?
I had to sign right after I was at my appointment and at the job centre they thought I was in the right.
Whist I am on about work program from what I have seen they are doing very little to help me into work, all the help they have offered me so far is funding for travel to interviews, it has taken the 41 weeks I have been on the work program for them to even think of getting me experience although I said from day one that that was the main problem getting into work. They seem to have a have more of a desire to get a sanction on my benefits rather than help me into work, will I have to complain to them regarding this first?
They also fail to understand my personal needs, they want to get me into any work possible, I have been trying to get IT support based roles, so I can start a career in the IT industry, I have the skills to perform any roles from support to technician and administrator roles, and fair enough they want me to apply for retail roles as well, but my personal needs require customer support skills so yes a retail role will be beneficial for me (although it's extremely hard for me to even get an interview with retail roles) she also said she wants me to apply for office based roles, which from what I can see will offer nothing for me except to get into work, does she have the right to ask me to do this?
Ok I seem to have gone on for a bit so here's a quick summary of my questions:

Ok I seem to have gone on for a bit so here's a quick summary of my questions:
- What are my chances of stopping a sanction on my JSA when they have asked me to "blind copy them into applications" when I aren't even sending emails, I am applying through job search sites, or direct to the employer?
- Do I have to complain to my provider about my advisor before I decide to complain about them to the DWP?
- Does my advisor have any right to force me to apply for roles that will do nothing to help me develop skills required to get the roles I want to do ie. apply for office based roles when I have been want to take more customer facing roles.
