ESA help required..

I hope someone can help me.

I am currently claiming ESA. Housing and council tax benefit. I am a single 30 woman living alone in a small 2 bed cottage.

My benefit s come to £535 per month. As not to sound ungrateful for it. But am I entitled to anything else? I can't survive on this amount its not enough to cover the basics. Today I had to make the choice of do food shopping or pay my rent next week. As it is I have no idea how I am going to cover the rent. I've gone through all my savings and over £1000 of money I have borrowed in the last 9 months... I can't ask for anymore. I m not able to work. I was made redundant in June of last year. I went on to jsa. In septmber I did find work after 4 weeks I was taken into hospital and I Had another week off after that. When I attempted to return to work I was still in a great deal of pain and couldnt undertake my usual tasks. As I was on trial they asked me to leave when I advised I wad not feeling well. I have been on ESA ever since.

I'm desperate to help myself out of this situation. But money worries are really getting to me...

Can anyone offer some advice??
