Am looking for more information regarding the changes from Council Tax Benefit to Local Council Tax Support Scheme.
For someone who previously received full council tax benefit as currently receives Income Support and DLA (HRC and LRM)
I understand each council is different but i thought the government had issued a guideline that vulnerable groups should be protected and not worse off?
Surely a dissability that qualifies for HRC and income support severe dissability premium would meet the criteria for a vulnerable group?
Am just checking as have received a letter to notify that the bill will now be over £200 (which is around 20%)
Would this be correct?
