Bit Confused About Housing Benefit

I have recently moved, as private tenant, to a new house(I was previously in receipt of ESA/HB/CTB). Do I have to fill in a standard Housing Benefit form and send it off to the local council? The new council's web site seemed to suggest that Jobcentre Plus(once I notified them of my new address) would contact the council who in turn would contact me about HB/CTB.

I'm confused, do I contact the council or will the council contact me after Jobcentre Plus notify them? :(
