Incoming tax in UK working in Norway?

Good evening,
I'm in unusual condition to define by myself if I have to pay my income to UK.
Since May I have been working in the oil and gas sector for a Norwegian company in the Norwegian Sea sector. My contract as employed is 136 days/year, my company pay all the tax (40%) of my income in Norway while my bank account is in UK
I spend the rest of the year between UK (Scotland) and Italy.
I know that if I stay in UK less than 183 days/year I don't have to pay tax in UK and at moment I'm paying my National Insurance to Norway (the payment of NIN in Scotland ended in May with my previous employment office based in Scotland).
To complicate a bit the case I have just bought a flat in Scotland.
I'd need to know if with a property I'm becoming resident even in UK (not just in Italy). In this is the case, have I to declare my incoming in UK even if I stay less than 183days/year?
Any change if I lease the property and move back to Italy?
Thank you,
Georgia
